2005 Chevy Suburban
Here's yet another successful installation of an HHO System on a 2005 Chevy Suburban. Long time follower Dave Maloney was kind enough to send photos and the details of his enthusiast project for everyone to share.
My truck is a chevy 2005 Suburban Z71 1500 and it has 108,000 miles on it.
I do quite a lot of local driving and some hwy driving as well.
I decided to install an HHO system because I wanted to save on gas.
Especially since I am a real estate agent and do a lot of driving.
I found the hardest part of the project was deciding on a suitable place to put the unit. You can see I decided to install mine in front of the radiator and it works well.
I recently drove to Miami from Middleburg with 3/4 tank of gas one way. I can
safely say I am getting about 21-22 mpg with my truck locally and about 25 hwy. Originally my mileage before the conversion was 16 local and 18 highway. I am tracking my gains by the avg mpg on the dashboard.
I am using the Flash Chip to address the vehicle's computer. The system is running between 23-25 amps as the engine is a large V8. The water tank generally needs to be topped up a half quart every 200 miles or so.
Many people are excited about the product and it generates much interest.
I even have one cousin who may follow my example.
I am enjoying my system and am happy to discuss my project with anyone
interested in buying a system or having it installed in their vehicle.
Thanks Dave! We'll be sending more updates soon, and keep up the good work! If you want to share your project please contact us at email@example.com
